If you have driven passed the 22nd and Delaware intersection, you have seen progress continues on the new building that we will call home. Since we last posted, we have been working hard behind the scenes to lay the groundwork for our new MashCraft location on Delaware. We have applied for all of our licenses, connected with the Indiana Board of Health and Alcohol and Tobacco Commission, finalized our floor plan, and are currently perusing quotes for our small portion of the buildout and beginning to search for additional brewing equipment to allow us to keep up with making all of the beer we will need.

The layout of the building will feature MashCraft on street level in the middle suite with a front door from the Delaware sidewalk and a back door on the east end open to the building's parking lot. We will have approximately 16 seats at our bar with another dozen in the 21+ bar area and a few tables outside on the sidewalk. We are also happy to include an all ages section with 20 seats split between 5 tables.
Within this layout, we are going to feature a 5 vessel brew system that is going to allow us to brew more beer to add to our already diverse lineup. This brew system will also allow us to sell carryout growlers and bullets every day of the week including Sunday. Sunday carryout sales will begin once we receive permit approvals from Federal TTB and the State of Indiana ATC.
The building is planned to open for residents in the upper floors in late August/early September. We are planning our portion to be ready later with no certain date set. Keep an eye out on this blog and our social media @mashcraftbrews for a more detailed opening date as it approaches. Cheers!
